Pendragon Book Series lovers will be happy to hear about the May 20^th release of the ninth book in the series.  Pendragon: Raven Rise by D.J. Mac Hale (published by Simon & Schuster) continues the exciting battle Bobby and his friends wage to save Halla.    In Book 9, Bobby Pendragon is stuck in Ibara so Mark Dimond and Courtney Chetwynde are left to stop the evil without Bobby.  This series is aimed toward the 9 – 12 year old age group but our teenage reviewers have enjoyed reading the series as well.  This book will be released in Hardcover and will be 560 pages.  According to the Pendragon website, there will be one more book after this which will complete the series. 

Another book series popular with our reviewers is the Magic Tree House series by Mary Pope Osborne.  That series will be adding two books on March 25.  One is called Dark Day in the Deep Sea.  Follow Jack and Annie as they join a crew of explorers looking for a sea monster.  This series will also have a non-fiction companion book called Sea Monsters.  This book will help answer questions about the creatures of the deep sea.
